Payment Data

How We Process Your Data Using AI

Chativo allows users to connect their own third-party AI provider API keys (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others via OpenRouter). Chativo does not maintain its own AI provider relationship. AI automation responses and knowledge base content are stored on our servers as described in Section 15.

How to Opt Out. To opt out of AI data processing, contact us using the contact information provided in this policy.

6. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, and profile picture. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.

We retain personal information for as long as the user has an active account with us, and for no longer than 90 days after account termination, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, financial records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in section 17 below.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

12. WhatsApp / Meta Platform Data

We integrate with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Data received from Meta ("Platform Data") including WhatsApp phone numbers, contact names, and message metadata is used solely to provide the Chativo CRM service. This data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared beyond the processors listed in this policy.

Users may request deletion of their Platform Data by contacting us at privacy@chativo.in. For data deletion requests see our Data Deletion page.

13. Sub-Processors

We use the following sub-processors to operate our service:

  • Contabo GmbH, Germany (hosting/infrastructure)
  • Cloudflare Inc., USA (CDN/proxy)
  • Razorpay India Ltd. (payments)
  • Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. / ZeptoMail (transactional email)
